Please note that by purchasing a Nesti Pod, you do so at your own discretion. Like all tools designed to support regulation and comfort, individual experiences will vary — your body may not find calm in it right away, or at all.
We recommend giving yourself time to adjust to the gentle compression, ideally by increasing the time you spend in it gradually over a few weeks.
We cannot take responsibility or accept returns if the product does not produce the results you hoped for.

We do not claim that the Nesti Pod solves or cures any medical, neurological, or psychological conditions. It is designed to provide gentle sensory input that can help support nervous system regulation — which in turn may have a positive effect on sleep for some individuals.

3.⁠ ⁠Returns & Size Swaps
We can only accept returns for size swaps if the pod has been tried on once, and over clothing, due to the close-contact nature of the product and associated hygiene risks.Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.We cannot guarantee that your preferred size or colour will be in stock at the time of your swap request. If unavailable, your replacement will be sent once stock is replenished.
