All orders are dispatched from Nesti HQ within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can expect delivery in 4–6 working days from dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Size Swaps

Not quite the right fit?

We offer a 7 day size swap window from the date your order is delivered.

Swaps are stock dependent, so in some cases, there may be a short wait until our next batch arrives.

Size swaps can be expected to arrive 4-6 working days after processing the size swap request.

Returns

We don’t accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Every Nesti is thoroughly checked before leaving our HQ, but if there’s a genuine issue, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can help.
